It really helped when you explained that there are circumstances wherein we will be eligible for the claims, especially when they are covered perils. I should ask about that when I find a homeowners insurance provider, since I plan to buy an apartment this year. It will be necessary for my peace of mind and budget in the long run, especially when issues like mold can be prone in areas close to bodies of water.
